In all fairness, someone who just uploads is more important than someone who just votes. Without uploaders, there would be no site. Without voters, there would just be more photos.
the uploaders may well look at more pics than you do, i don't understand how you think they upload and hardly look at pics

after a certain amount of time the pics are deleted from the uploads section. i dont remember what that amount of time is though. i think the moral is that you will never make everyone happy no matter what you do

What I'm talking about is pics that are like 100 keeps 80 dumps and such. Those will likely(based on the size of the site's userbase) never get through.
yes, but then people will start to complain that their pics were taken off the sight unfairly and it will be annoying. instead, just go to the end of the uploads section, and start voting. why shoul*min have to do all the work? just vote a little more
I really still think Admin needs to just go through and clean house. Delete stuff with more dumps, put stuff through with more keeps. Do that for half an hour every once and a while and the site's clutter level might go down a lot.

IMO the people who vote the most are not the people who upload the most. the majority of uploaders seem to just upload to the site and never really spend any time looking at the pictures, which is how we get so many dupes being submitted
... their pictures approved first all the time, blocking the rest (people unable to visit the site often for example)
users voting the most should have their pictures approved (put in the upload section) more quickly than others. this way people wishing to see their pictures accepted will vote a lot more . but make it a manual process to avoid the same users getting
